Do I need an account to shop?
Having an account with 1stAvenue.tpih.sg will speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders.  

How do I sign up?
Creating an account is an easy 2-step process
  * Step 1: Sign up here by entering your personal information (email address, mobile number, gender and your birthday month and years).
  * Step 2: A password will be emailed to you and you are all set to shop online!  

How do I reset my password?
Go to the Login Page and enter your email address or username under ‘Lost Your Password?’. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Who can see my account/private information?
1stAvenue.tpih.sg takes its responsibilities in relation to protecting your personal data and compliance with applicable laws seriously. Information and data is only accessible by the 1stAvenue team. You may review our Privacy Policy. 

How do I shop online at 1stAvenue.tpih.sg?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Add items to cart.
  3. Click on “Shopping cart” to view and edit your items. 
  4. Apply promo code, if applicable.
  5. Proceed to checkout.
  6. You will be redirected to PayPal where you can pay with your PayPal account or various credit cards. (American Express, Mastercard, UnionPay, Visa)
  7. After payment is verified, your order will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation of
    your order.

How do I add a promo code?
Insert the promo code in the box and click “Apply Coupon” before checkout.

My promo code is not working, what is the reason? 
If you are unable to use the promo code, it is because the coupon usage limit has been reached 

I forgot to add a promo code, do I still get to enjoy the discount?
No, if you did not enter your promo code at checkout, we are unable to apply it to your order.

What shipping options are available? 

  1. Home Delivery
  2. Self-Collection at Temasek Polytechnic, 1st Avenue Order Fulfilment Centre |School of Business, (Block 26), Level 1, BS26-01-56.

Self-Collection details will be emailed upon order status updates.

Home Delivery 
What are the charges for home delivery? 
For home delivery, the shipping fees range from $3.90 to $4.20.

When can I receive my order? 
We aim to deliver your order within 14 days.  

What if I entered the wrong address in my order?  
Please contact us at [email protected] if you require any further assistance. 

How can I track my order? 
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been picked up by our logistics partner.  

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives? 
Our logistics partner will contact you. 

Self Collection 
How do I collect my order? 
You will receive an email with specific instructions on where to pickup your order at the 1st Avenue Order Fulfilment Centre.
1st Avenue has multiple Self-Collection methods, please refer to the email instructions.

When should I collect my order?
You have to collect your order within 5 calendar days from the date of the notification email. 

I missed my collection date, what can I do? 
Please contact us at [email protected] for alternative solutions.
1st Avenue reserves the right to donate any abandoned, uncollected orders to a charity of its choice, subjected to its own discretion.

What should I do if there is a discrepancy in my collected order?
For discrepancies, please still collect your order and contact us at [email protected] for alternative solutions.

I have not received my new order email confirmation, what can I do?
Login to your account dashboard to check on your order status. Check your Junk/Spam email folder for order notifications.

Orders 
Can I order over the phone? 
No, we are unable to accept orders over the phone. 

I accidentally ordered the wrong item, what can I do?
All orders are final. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have further queries. 

I have not received my new order email confirmation, what can I do?
Login to your account and check on your order status. 

 Can I cancel my order? 
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will not be able to cancel it 

 What should I do if I want to get an item that is sold out? 
Please contact us at [email protected] if you have further queries. 

There is no refund for items purchased. 

How do I exchange an item?

  1. Please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days from receiving the order. 
  2. You may exchange the item for a different size or colour, subject to availability.  
  3. Bring your item and invoice to the 1st Avenue Order Fulfilment Centre. 
  4. Kindly ensure that the item is in its original condition. 
  5. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request. 

 Can I return the item via mail? 
No, we are unable to accept any returns via mail. 

 Can I exchange my items on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or Public Holidays?
No, please refer to our operation hours.

Monday to Friday: 9am to 1pm; 2pm to 4.30pm 
Closed on weekends and public holidays
