Your order will be ready for collection after you receive the collection email, which will be within 3 working days.
You will have 5 working days to collect. The collection details will be in the Collection Email.

• Last 4 digits of the customer’s mobile phone number
• Full name of designated collection person

Can I make changes to my order?
Once you have made payment for your order, no changes or cancellation can be made.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within Singapore, excluding Jurong Island.
We offer SingPost normal mail at $1.80 for orders below S$14.99 and local courier service at $4.50 for orders above $15.

How long does the delivery take to reach me?
It should take 5 to 7 working days for your delivery to arrive.

You can make payment through Paypal – Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.

We offer exchange within 5 working days. Products must be in original, good condition. New items must be of the same or higher value. 
a) Items can be exchanged within 5 working days after collection days.
b) You would need to bring your receipt and item down to our store.
c) Kindly ensure that the item is in good condition and in its original packaging before doing so.
d) New item exchanged for must be of same or higher value.

Goods sold are non-refundable.

May I return the product by mail?
We do not accept any returns via mail.

Not all products will be available in 1st Avenue website.
